In 11 years with the leading beauty retailer, Michelle has played an integral role in evolving the brand’s digital presence. She founded the Digital Innovation team in 2018 to spearhead disruptive investments and acquisitions, growing the team from 4 to 35 software engineers, opening four satellite offices and welcoming the company’s first full-time associates outside the United States. The team actively experiments with state-of-the-art technologies to bring cutting edge solutions to millions of beauty enthusiasts.
